Thanks for the comments and it sounds like you are on the right track. One easy way to access your inner voice is to try this writing exercise:
Get still and take a few calming breaths. Write out the decision your facing, in the form of a question, using your dominate hand. Then switch the pen to your non-dominant hand and write the answer that comes to you. You can continue this back and forth dialogue to get at deeper and deeper levels of the issue. This process engages both sides of your brain and allows your creative inner voice to offer solutions.

		<description>Hello Yvette;I&#039;m in need of keeping it simpler, and strive to do this, yet sometimes the list is overwhelming &amp; I don&#039;t know where to begin. I always go to Hammonsasett to clear my thinking. What you said about the 24 hour test, I&#039;ve been doing this with greater regularity, I give &quot;big important things&quot; now--more than ever---that let it sit &amp; stew for 24 hours. I&#039;m involved in our town somewhat &amp; love being able to return something which I hope is a positive force in the universe. Sitting on something 24 hours is not always an option, but the test I always ask is, will the world blow up (if the answer is no, then you&#039;re free to go). Then I probe deeper, Will my world blow up (if the answer is still no, then I almost RUN away for a period of time!). Lastly, I ask myself, will someone else blow up/ be hurt by my inaction for 24 hours? And that&#039;s always the stumper. I have no rules about that &amp; try to listen to my inner voice. Lately, it is on vacation. 

I&#039;ve learned that I&#039;m not going hurt myself by investing thoughtful consideration-for a decision in the long run, so more than ever, I try to use the 24 hour test. But, I know I could benefit by a session &amp; hope to contact you sometime soon.All the best to you in the new year!</description>
